Description: Burst with explosive arcane fire, dealing more damage the lower your mana is while overwhelming your foes with Arcane Weakness, increasing their damage taken by 15% for 20 seconds. If your blade is enchanted, arcane power surges through your opponent’s body, reducing their haste by 35% for 12 seconds.
